OBJECTIVES
- Evaluate aging effects on F1 male reproductive parameters and assess the sperm ncRNAs expression and characterization.
- Analyse the role of sperm ncRNAs on the intergenerational age-related paternal effects in F1 and F2 offspring at early embryo development and health outcomes during adulthood.
- Assess the contribution of selected ncRNAs to offspring development effects, and check the use oral antioxidant supplements to reduce negative effects.
- Identify specific ncRNAs useful for the selection of fertile bulls.
